She doesn't deserve his admiration, not when she's done what she's done. Sure, she has no intention of sharing her past or repeating any of those events, yet knowing what she's done, she thinks she's the last person to deserve something like admiration from anyone, let alone Jude.
For the first time, she seriously considers whether or not keeping what happened so tightly under wraps might be deceiving. She doesn't think it's necessary for anyone to know when she knows she'd never hurt 9S again, but she's also sure that Jude wouldn't say that if he knew the truth. Humans shouldn't admire androids when they're just trying to emulate them, let alone an android whose duty was to kill their partner over and over again.

[It's probably a little sad how unsure she is about this. People have always said she could stand to loosen up a little, and she's never even doubted that. Circumstances just made that impossible for her, but even here, she doesn't really know how to do it.
